Section 1
Short Title, Extent And Commencement
(1) This Act may be called the “Postal Act, 2019 (1963)”
(2) This Act shall extend throughout Nepal and also to the Nepalese
citizens residing outside Nepal.
(3) Section 31, 32 and Chapter 8 of this Act shall come into force on
such date as the Government of Nepal, may, by a Notification published in
the Nepal Gazette appoint, and other Sections shall come into force
immediately.
(2) This Act shall extend throughout Nepal and also to the Nepalese

(3) Section 31, 32 and Chapter 8 of this Act shall come into force on
